Refund and Returns Policy

Our cricket equipment are original manufacturer items.  We do not sell any items that fake an original manufacturer item.  We strive to provide accurate information about a product as much possible. However, there will be slight variances in some dimensions like weights, thickness, measurements, etc.  Personal variances in preferences, feel, looks, etc., add to variances in product information as well.  We will try our best to help a customer as best as we can so we build a trust and a relationship for the future and not just for the purchase.

There are absolutely no try-outs, or trial for any items we sell.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete, accurate and appropriate information of names, addresses, contact information, credit cards, etc. to enable a proper transaction.  We cannot process the shipment part of the order unless this information is accurate.  We will hold the order for 7 days until that is resolved.

We will maintain a fraud list of customers who make fraudulent transactions with us online, by phone, or in-person – by self or using another person(s).  We hold the sole discretion to decide how to handle such orders and even cancel them.

Order Cancellation

An order/purchase done online or by phone, can be cancelled within 8 hours (1 hour for clearance items) after placing the order and/or prior to shipping the item(s) in the order, whichever comes first.  A full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment once we deem the cancellation meets the cancellation policy and legal.  An order will be cancelled if the address cannot be verified for proper shipping.  Again, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information for proper order processing and shipping.


Once a customer address is confirmed, we ship an item through trackable shipping companies (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, DHL, etc.)  The customer will:

  1. Ensure proper shipping address is provided to us.
  2. Assume full responsibility once the item(s) is/are delivered, in the event of an item lost or stolen afterwards.

Returns of cricket bats and other goods

1)      Non-returnable item(s)

a.       Equipment ordered by a customer that had any services (oiling, knocking, engraving, personalization) performed on them are not returnable.

b.       Items that are on clearance (sales for such items are final.)

2)      Returnable items

a.       Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving an item.

b.       Item must be in its original packaging the way they are shipped and must not be used (no dirt, smudges, dents, damages, seam marks, etc.)

i.      Original packaging includes, the bat cover, inner bat cover, any plastic wrapping on the bat, holograms, stickers, tags, and others items originally included with the bat.

c.       Although minor dents are possible through shipment most of the time, we ship the bat reasonably and properly packaged to not have any damages while shipment.

d.       We will maintain descriptions of all items shipped in pictures/video/notes.

e.       Once the items(s) is/are delivered, the customer will:

i.      Ensure the product is handled properly and safely with full responsibility

ii.      Not remove any inner packaging (plastic wrap, stickers, security and authenticity holograms, stickers and tags).  Once they are removed, the customer agrees to keep the item(s) and cannot return them, since this alters the original packaging.

iii.      Contact us to rectify the problem if any.

f.        Item(s) to be returned will require a RMA# to be issued by us to be eligible for shipment.

g.       Customer will have only 72 hours (excluding federal holidays and weekend days) from time of us issuing the RMA# to return ship the items(s) to ship the item back to us.

h.       The customer needs to use properly trackable shipping companies (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.)  USPS is not favorable at this time, since their current tracking system is not reliable like the formerly mentioned companies.

i.         The customer will provide us a tracking notification/email so we could be notified of the item shipment.

3)      Defects/Damage/Errors

a.       Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving an item that is defective/damaged upon arrival or have errors (error from

b.    Always take pictures and/or videos to assit us  to verify the problem.

c.    We will arrange for the shipping of the product back to us at no charge for the customer.


1)      Refunds are issued only after cricketerstuff, receives the item back and we deem the item fully fit for restock and resale upon inspection.  If there is any damage, where the item cannot be sold for regular price, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped back to them.

2)      The cost of the return shipment of such returned items will be borne by the customer (unless the fault is from

3)    There will be a $25 re-stocking fee for items returned for errors by the customer (ordered the wrong item)

3)      Once a refund is approved by, it will be issued back to the original form of payment once we deem the cancellation meets the cancellation policy and legal.  We cannot honor any changes in payment to avoid any form of fraud.
